A Word to Husbands by Ogden Nash
To keep your marriage brimming with love in the loving cup,
Whenever you’re wrong, admit it;Whenever you’re right, shut up.
Even though this poem is short, It says everything we need to know -and it's funny.-
I tell my husband this all the time, when im right and he's wrong I gloat all day and keep reminding him just incase he forgot that I was right (im usually not the one whose right, so when I am, I live it up). But on the other hand no woman likes to hear when she's wrong, atleast not this one;0)

This is funny I've never heard it before. I like that it pretty much could solve a lot of arguments...and it's really really simple.
ReplyDeleteI like this poem. I'm usually the person who is always right (don't jdge me, of course I would think that, everyone thinks they're always right)and I don't ever like admitting that im wrong. Only very rarely, when I know I'm really wrong, will I admit it. If I ever tell someone that I was wrong, they should probably mark that day in their calender because it most likely will never happen again.
ReplyDeleteI think this is pretty funny. I like how it says "when you're right, shut up." I know that is the right thing to do, but sometimes it is difficult.
ReplyDeleteI hate how females always have to win an argument and get the last word in, I don't even try to fight them, it's such a drag.
